Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026.
Popper Tech Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://poppertechteam.com (the “website”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, how we use cookies and tracking technologies, and the choices and rights you have — including additional rights for California residents.
By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our website.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, you provide your name, business email address, phone number, company name, company size, location, company domain, and the contents of your message. When you email us or schedule a conversation, you provide whatever contact details you include.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our service providers may automatically collect device and browsing information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and time spent on pages — but only if you consent to non-essential tracking through our cookie consent banner (see Section 3).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations;
- Provide, operate, and improve our website and services;
- Understand how visitors use our website (analytics), only with your consent;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the security of our website.
Contact-form submissions are processed through HubSpot Forms. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies. Non-essential technologies are activated only after you click “Accept All” on our cookie consent banner. You may manage or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of our website.
- Consent preference — remembers your Accept/Decline choice on your own device so we do not ask on every visit. Stored locally until you clear it or change your choice.
- Google Tag Manager — loads analytics and related tags only after you accept. Tags configured in the container may set their own cookies (for example, analytics cookies); these are described by the respective providers.
- Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmapping, loaded through our tag manager only after you accept.
- HubSpot tracking and analytics — the HubSpot tracking script loads only after you accept through our cookie consent banner. It sets analytics cookies (such as hubspotutk) to help us understand how visitors reach and use the site. When you submit our contact form, we include the HubSpot tracking cookie, if present, with your submission.
- Google Maps embed — our contact page includes an embedded map, which may set cookies from Google when that page is viewed.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers — companies that help us operate the website, such as our form processor (HubSpot) and analytics providers, bound by contract to use the information only to provide services to us;
- Legal compliance — when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required by law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to know — what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share, and the purposes for doing so;
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law);
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information through this website);
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny, charge differently for, or degrade services because you exercised your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@poppertechteam.com or by mail at 1101 Marina Village Pkwy, Suite 201, Alameda, CA 94501. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, and analytics data according to our analytics providers' retention settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website is a business website and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact Us
